Description de l'annonce

Crit is recruiting a medical representative for its client :

Tasks :

  •  Regularly visit doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss products and provide relevant medical information.
  •  Present scientific and medical information
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare practitioners, being a trusted contact to address their medical inquiries.
  • Regularly inform the therapeutic area manager about the PCT PO and the goods related stocks
  • Ensure competitive survey (monthly stock movements, price, etc.)
  • Arranging meetings with Wholesalers & Pharmacists, assess customer needs.
  • Inform the RA Manager about any quality request. 
  • Supervise and control the goods deliveries in the PCT warehouse, to avoid any missed goods and to communicate the conformity of the delivered quantities according to the communicated invoices.
  • Self-develop with latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive.
  • Continuously enrich the customer understanding by capturing in the CRM system information and take advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights to maximize customer experience
  • Integrate Digital in daily activities & utilize the advantages of digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions.
  • Tracks performance through customer and business related KPIs
  • Follow local Compliance code, local laws and policies and good practices.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Health Sciences or other relevant area

• 2 years of solid experience in sales 

• Strong digital mindset, capabilities, and confidence towards omnichannel usage

• Independent, with willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changes

• Good relationship (networking) skills and the ability to organize yourself

• Solution oriented
