Overview of Role: 

Product compliance specialist with 3-5 years of experience is required to review and evaluate National Pen products to ensure compliance with Global regulations. Responsible for monitoring and applying regulatory requirements, addressing compliance-related questions and providing regulatory guidance on compliance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

monitor, interpret and advise on global regulations impacting National Pen product portfolio; stay updated on regulatory changes;

manage and maintain product compliance data and administer the required documentation, drive data improvements, and ensure data accessibility for the relevant stakeholders;

ensure timely renewals of compliance documentation;

interact with external parties, such as testing laboratories and suppliers on compliance-related issues;

participate in integrating product compliance into existing or new processes;

support the development of regulatory strategies;

proactively identify and resolve compliance-related issues;

support product and label changes resulting from regulatory developments;

provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on product compliance subjects.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or law;

Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant work experience with European and/or Global product compliance regulations;

Genuine interest in compliance and compliance-related legislation;

Business acumen and affinity;

Knowledge of and experience in implementing product-related regulations and regulatory changes;

Experience in interpreting regulations and standards, simplifying complex information;

Flexibility, hands-on approach and focus on customer interests, attention to detail, solution-focused and analytical;

MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word /Outlook/PPT)

Fluency in English. Fluency in European languages desirable.
