Human Resources Administration Manager

Established in Sousse, OZEOL is a multinational company with a seniority of 11 years on the market. We are specialized in the revalorization of unsold products from all over the world

As part of the development and growth of its activities, OZEOL is looking to recruit the following profile :

Human Resources Administration Manager :

Primary Responsibilities: 

  - Supervise and coordinate administrative activities related to personnel management, including employee record management, contract management, leave and absence management, and payroll preparation.

  - Ensure legal compliance of HR practices in accordance with current labor laws and regulations.

  - Supervise the creation, update, and management of employee records.

  - Organize and maintain legal and administrative documents related to employees (contracts, payrolls, performance evaluations, etc.).

  - Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee terminations.

2. Legal Compliance :  

  - Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant with current labor laws.

  - Respond to legal compliance inquiries and inspections.

  - Provide compliance-related advice to other HR team members.

3. Benefits Administration :

  - Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplemental benefits.

  - Manage relationships with benefit providers and assist employees in understanding their rights and benefits.

4. Training and Development Management :

  - Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on skill development and employee performance.

5. Employee-Employer Relationship Management :

  - Manage HR-related conflicts and issues in collaboration with managers and employees.

  - Foster a healthy and productive work environment by promoting communication and collaboration.

  - Internally communicate company policies.

  - Conduct regular employee follow-ups to enhance engagement.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  - Compile HR data and generate reports for management.

  - Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications : 

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in HR management tools and software.

- Ability to handle confidential information securely.

- Significant experience in human resources administration, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and current regulations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
