Main Missions :

• Desktop support level 1.
• Supervise network and IT infrastructure.
• Use Ivanti ITSM efficiently daily for IT incidents and IT services handling. 
• Control and properly supervise IT hardware and software assets.
• Perform 8D Analysis for Application related issues, and monitor resolution with key stakeholders.
• Ensure meeting Monthly KPI’s targets.
• Ensure effective participation in location related IT projects.
• Professional and dynamic, the IT Support technician should react actively to the business needs

To be successful for this role :

• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor Degree
•  Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Previous Experience in automotive Industry is appreciated
• Windows Desktop support tools
• CISCO networking.
• Windows system administration.
• Support & Helpdesk software usage.
• Application support.

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in both French and English
