Your role is to co-ordinate proactively with the project team / client / customs / port, airport authorities for timely documentation. Preparation of documents for custom clearance process & tracking shipments up to. Engage Sharjah logistics team for support on priority. You are the monitor landslide movement of vehicles from port to sites and update in case of any delays / issues in transit to the concerned forwarder in escalation to Sharjah team. You review weekly dispatch / arrival/off loading performance as per operation plan and update country project team and BU Logistics team (Sharjah) on the progress and/or issued.
You have overall experience of 5-8 years in logistics with minimum 4 years of experiences in handling logistics for a construction company, preferably in the power transmission sector. And you are bachelor’s or your diploma in logistic/ purchase or equivalent. You are fluent in english, french & arabic language and good working knowledge of MS Office.
