Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team engaged in the dynamic processing of data, Statistic and Risk Management for major global sports events, ensuring timely project completion. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

·  Overseeing general office affairs and maintaining effective communication within the team.

·  Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows, with openness to acquiring new skills through our offered training programs.

·  Bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.

·  Showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.

·  Possessing very good English language skills, both written and spoken.

·  German language proficiency is a bonus and will be considered an additional advantage.

·  Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

·  Experience in statistics and risk management will be beneficial.
