Senior Developer - Technical Lead - Startup (Tunis) - M/F

We are in search of a highly skilled senior developer to take on the role of Technical Lead at our dynamic startup. Your primary responsibility will be focused on technical leadership, mainly driving the development of our platform, while coordinating with a compact team of Backend Developers, Full Stack JS Developers, and Frontend React Developers.

Your responsibilities as a dedicated developer will include:

• Designing and implementing high-level, efficient, and scalable technical solutions in line with our clients' requirements, while strictly adhering to optimal coding standards.
• Ensuring the technical soundness and stability of our platform by emphasizing development best practices, which encompasses code quality, security measures, and timely updates.
• Collaborating effectively with various internal teams to decipher customer requirements and translate them into precise technical blueprints.
• Managing the deployment into production meticulously, accounting for both technical and operational considerations.
• Committing to code quality by adopting a proactive approach towards refinement and optimization.
• Propelling the adoption of agility and DevOps principles within our organization, fostering a mindset of continuous evolution and enhancement.

Technical Stack:

• Backend: Node.js

Profile and Expected Expertise:

• Engineering degree accompanied by at least 5 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile technology development.
• Mastery over the languages within our technical stack and comprehensive knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform.
• Skilled in crafting bespoke application architectures and data structures that align with our company's objectives.
• Profound understanding of the latest technological innovations and development methodologies, coupled with a robust awareness of information system security and its related challenges.
• Solid experience in DevOps practices.
