For our Tunisian Design Center based in Sousse, a branch of the European Headquarters in Germany, we are looking for:

IT First Level Support

Your tasks

• Support the employees at our location in Tunisia as well the employees in Europe in solving all IT problems
• Creation and maintenance of user data (Active Directory)
• Recording all requests in the ticket system
• Installation and configuration of client hardware and software
• Further development of the IT environment in cooperation with the team at the European Headquarters in Munich
• Reporting to the team IT in our location in Munich
• Support all locations in Europe from remote

Job profile

• Successfully completed IT study in informatics 
• You have good experience in IT and relevant certifications
• Very good knowledge in Windows 10, iOS and Office 365
• Strong communication skills as well as solution-oriented mindset
• You speak English fluently
