Country Controlling Sr. Specialist

Prerequisite :

• Formal Eduaction degree : Bac+5 or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Languages Skills : French and English
• Minimum Professional experience in a related area : 6 years

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards.

Roles:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, highlighting variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local accounting and reporting regulations.
• Perform the budgeting and forecasting process
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure good Performance Analysis by monitoring and interpreting plant KPIs
• Control consumption and stock of YDM, YFG, YSFG, YSP
