Job Title : Global Specialist People Development  

Mission :
•   Provide support in the implementation of Corporate Processes/Standards and Instruments of HR/Development (Annual Appraisals, Talent Mgmt., Career Planning etc.) in diverse international locations
•   Monitor and evaluate HR/D Performance in diverse Locations and help them reinforce/sustain People Development
•   Act as the "1st Face to the Customer" related to both a certain set of Company Locations (e. g. Mid America, Eastern/South Eastern Europe) and a specific selection of Global HR/D Processes (e. g. Personnel Diagnostic Tools)
•   Upgrade/set up corresponding solutions in a small, beautiful multinational/-cultural Headquarters' Team
•   Provide on-site support regarding HR/D, if needed
•   Plan and deliver trainings and facilitate workshops at times

Profile :
•   University Degree in Social or Economic Sciences or HR Management or Psychology or a related field
•   Ideally 2 - 3 years of experience in the area of Learning & Development
•   Fluent English
•   Pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach and high quality of solutions at the same time
•   Confident, convincing and assertive work manner, but also a constructive approach to Representatives from rather different Organizational levels
•   Relevant certificates already acquired as a strong "plus" for sure (e. g as a Trainer or a Facilitator)
•   Willingness to travel from time to time (<20%)
