Responsibilities:

➢ Develop the continuous improvement approach at all levels of the company

➢ Ensure optimal performance of production lines in terms of quality, costs and deadlines

➢ Diagnose the performance of existing production systems

➢ Identify and prioritize issues

➢ Carry out technical and financial studies of performance improvement projects

➢ Plan wherewithal for a company to implement and improve its processes.

➢ identify weaknesses and recommend solutions conceived to solve each problem.

➢ Identify the opportunity for improvement .

➢ Plan and implement actions that correct

➢ Work on the communication part

➢ Optimizes production processes (installation equipment, methods, human resources) in compliance with regulations and health and safety rules.

Skills and Experience :

➢  engineering level

➢ At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

➢ Excellent linguistic skills (French ; English)
