Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer that will ensure products compliance with customer requirements.

Your Role

• Develop and implement quality standards.
• Implement a work system to ensure compliance and accuracy in the production process.
• Provide technical support to all internal departments to maintain and improve product quality.
• Develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements.
• Participate in internal audits and follow up on recommended actions.
• Ensure the monitoring of the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or drift by carrying out the entire multidisciplinary approach to restore the situation.
• Develop employee development plans in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Establish and communicate to customers the PPAP files.

Your Background

• Engineering diploma in mechatronics, electronics, or equivalent
• Experience of 2 years in automotive industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
• Sense of urgency and priority setting
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent English
