- Analyzing measures of quality, such as defects or customer satisfaction surveys, to identify areas in need of improvement
- Providing training to employees on proper procedures for performing their jobs in a safe manner
- Conducting audits of processes to ensure that they comply with regulations
- Creating new quality control standards to meet changing customer needs or industry trends
