In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:
Quality Leader
Main Missions:
- Train and manage the team of quality inspectors.
- make sure that manufacturing processes meet internal procedures requirements.
- look at ways to reduce rejects and wastes and lead the continuous improvement process in the production line.
- monitor performance by mean of production line rejects analysis and by defining and supporting corrective actions
- measure performance of the production process and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements and assessing their effectiveness
- Keeping quality measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training, including training sessions at the Headquarter.
Profil
- Proven experience as quality Leader
- Good communication skills and attitude to teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Technical high school degree, preferably Technical Bachelor degree,
- Knowledge of main Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
