Linguist

Koïos Intelligence is on a mission to improve humanity’s well-being by building virtual assistants to deliver seamless interactions in the Insurance industry with the goal of eliminating waiting time, reducing the operational costs, and offering an unprecedented customer experience.

As part of the Data Team, you will be responsible for creating rich data specific to the insurance and finance industries, and will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art conversational AI platforms.

Primary responsibilities

• Write content based on prompts
• Research industry-specific terminology
• Test our products on a regular basis, and report bugs and improvements
• Develop templates for optimal data creation

Requirements

• Advanced English reading and writing skills
• Intermediate French reading and writing skills
• Work experience in a language related industry such as Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Client-facing customer service, Copywriting; a must
• Bachelor's degree in a language related field; an asset
