## Description

As part of our clothing manufacturing activities, our company ASADA GROUP is looking to recruit a Financial and Administration Manager :

**_Job ’s Responsibilities:_**

 

  * Defines and supervises the administrative (procedures, operation, legal affairs, ...) and financial (treasury, management control, ...) management of a structure according to the strategic choices adopted by the governing bodies and regulations (financial, national and international).
  * May be the controller of human resources management and compliance with the measures established by the general management
  * Supervise administrative and financial functions
  * Manage business travel
  * Ensure relationships with suppliers and service providers
  * Coordinate and supervise the management of movable and immovable heritage
  * Carry out negotiation actions with funders
  * Process litigation files (litigation, complaints ...)
  * Control and supervise human resources management
  * Set up a recovery policy
  * Define a recovery policy
  * Define information system needs

**_Profil:_**

·  Bac + 3 at least in Finance and equivalent.

·  At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accountancy, with operational English.

·  Be honest, negotiator, dynamic and responsive.
