As part of our clothing manufacturing activities, our company ASADA GROUP is looking to recruit a Financial and Administration Manager :
Job’s Responsibilities:
- Defines and supervises the administrative (procedures, operation, legal affairs, ...) and financial (treasury, management control, ...) management of a structure according to the strategic choices adopted by the governing bodies and regulations (financial, national and international).
- May be the controller of human resources management and compliance with the measures established by the general management
- Supervise administrative and financial functions
- Manage business travel
- Ensure relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Coordinate and supervise the management of movable and immovable heritage
- Carry out negotiation actions with funders
- Process litigation files (litigation, complaints ...)
- Control and supervise human resources management
- Set up a recovery policy
- Define a recovery policy
- Define information system needs
· Bac + 3 at least in Finance and equivalent.
· At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accountancy, with operational English.
· Be honest, negotiator, dynamic and responsive.
