Process Trainer H/F, Bizerte

You will definie  the scope of knowledge in the SPS program, necessary for a given position, in consultation with the quality and process departments. Conducting instructional training and onboarding of newly hired production employees.

You will supervise  employees during the learning period, Maintaining the Competence Matrix of direct production employees.
Obligation to observe professional secrecy and not to provide information to third parties about the workplace and about matters that the employee learned about during the performance of official duties, without obtaining the consent of the Employer.

You will keep records of working time of new employees during initial training period. Conducting training on current quality issues (quality alerts, operator training).

Enforcing compliance with customer technology and quality requirements. Verification, control and confirmation of job role training.

Obligation to be loyal to the Employer, to observe work discipline in the subordinate area, to comply with the principles of the environmental management system in force at the plant.

With higher education, you have  3 to 5 years of experience in industrial area.

With good communication skills in english.
