• Analyze customer release and daily call offs
• Prepare the daily coverage and the shipment plan
• Follow up daily delivery to customers
• Work effectively with Production Team to ensure FG availability
• Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve issues
• Prepare obsolete claims
• Work with customers on deviations (demand plan, shortages risks) and define solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare Diamond diagram and measure customer forecast accuracy.
To carry out this function, it is important to:
• Know the issues related to logistics and transport;
• Master the MS Office
• Know the main functions of an ERP;
• Have a good level in English.
You are rigorous, reactive and organized.
You have a sense of customer service, good negotiation skills (internally and with customers).
