Description de l'annonce
• Analyze supplier schedules
• Analyze critical items and take actions to avoid shortages
• Arrange special shipment and follow deliveries to avoid lines stoppage
• Analyze over shipments and send claim to suppliers
• Charge back suppliers in case of lines stoppage through Charge Back Notice document
• Negotiate the Charge Back Notice with suppliers.
• Work with plant and central team to optimize supply strategy (MOQ, lead time, packaging sizes, supplier selection,…)
• Measure supplier delivery performance and work with suppliers to improve lead time and supplier delivery performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To carry out this function, it is important to:
• Know the issues related to logistics and transport;
• Master the MS Office
• Know the main functions of an ERP;
• Have a good level in English.
You are rigorous, reactive and organized.
You have a sense of customer service, good negotiation skills (internally and with suppliers).
