Apprentus is an online marketplace connecting students and private teachers. Our mission is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and have a positive impact on society. We're about to reach millions of users and need to find the best Customer Advisers in Tunisia to go even further!
Mission
Your main mission will be to help our students find the right teacher and help our teachers grow their business. You will be part of our team of customer service advisers and you will communicate with the students and the teachers who use Apprentus.
The work mainly consists of:
● Moderating the messages on the internet platform.
● Helping our students to find the right teacher.
● Responding to questions and requests for information from our users.
Profile sought
● Excellent command of written Dutch.
● Fluency in speaking Dutch.
● Positive, you like to work in a team and also know how to manage your work independently.
