The Pool is a 12 weeks pre hiring training program designed to give you a holistic and comprehensive learning experience about top notch and latest Javascript technologies 🔥

The Pool is a trial that will grant you admission to xTECH to be part of the best 2% developers in the region. It is a deep dive into the code pool that will let us pick the most motivated and the most eligible candidates for xTECH.

The Pool is an opportunity : you will be able to spend 12 weeks at xTECH so you can discover the company, the team, its unique teaching methods, and what web computer programming is all about.

During those twelve weeks, you will work on training exercises, web projects, take tests, and you will get to know the other applicants and team members. 

The Pool program starts from scratch and requires no preliminary knowledge — just a mouse, a keyboard and to pass the entry test and project.

During those weeks you will get fair compensation so you can focus 1000% on coding.
