Service Insurance delivery Manager M/F

You will report to the Delivery Hub Operations Manager, actively collaborating with the Technical & Functional Team Leaders, manage directly the customer and Able to plan the road map of It project following Agile Scrum methodology.
You will participate in the different ceremony and meeting (internal and with the Customer) in order to fullfil the project duties and achieve the milestones, prepare and ensure the strategic and operational meeting.
You will have the mission of organizing human and technical resources to achieve the substantial objectives of the service, monitoring the orders prepared for the provision of services,
Within a defined project context you encourage teamwork aimed at achieving objectives and customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with the service’s SLA and project deadlines.
Ypu  will manage monthly and yearly financial monitoring of the services that you  have in charge.

With 5 years’ experience in the IT sector as Product owner or Project manager. (preferable Insurance sector).

Excellent knowledge of English and French is mandatory.
