Product Owner (Web3 and Blockchain)

METAVIZOR Labs is a company specialized in consulting in computer systems and software that seeks to develop its team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner with a deep understanding of Web3 and Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful product development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Web3 and Blockchain products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date, prioritized, and ready for development sprints.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Approve Deliverables and prepare Demo & Reporting to the Stakeholders and Management board.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap and strategy.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Web3 and Blockchain technologies, as well as cryptocurrency and gaming platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management. A First experience in Web3 and Blockchain industries is a big Plus.
• Good knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and token economics.
• Experience with one or more metaverse or gaming platforms such as Roblox, Fortnite, Decentraland, or The Sandbox is a big plus.
• Mastering Product Management Tools such as JIRA/Confluence/Asana, …
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation and technology, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in the industry.
• Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
