You will treat complaints related to medical devices and medicines in accordance with the company procedures.
You will be responsible for risk assessments, managing non-conformances and CAPA related to customer complaints, as well as leading or supporting process/product improvement initiatives.
With bachelor’s or Master's degree in Sciences or other related field and a first experience in Quality Assurance.
You have strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, commitment to quality demonstrated through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules.
Proficiency in English and, ideally, basic knowledge of French.
