Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our international school's academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students of various ages and skill levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that meet the needs and abilities of students.

• Teach students mathematical concepts and skills, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and statistics.

• Promote an understanding and appreciation of the role of mathematics in everyday life and in the wider world.

• Evaluate and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and monitor individual student performance.

• Develop and implement teaching strategies and methodologies that effectively promote student learning and engagement.

• Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to enhance learning and facilitate student understanding, including technology tools and hands-on activities.

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of students.

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration on matters relating to student performance and academic progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.

• Relevant teaching certification or qualifications.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.

• Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to students, colleagues, and parents.

• Experience in an international school environment is desirable.
