Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company and overseeing the development of new products.
Duties :
•Supervises the day-to-day operations of R&D department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
•Participates in the development of R&Ddepartment policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
•Contributes to the preparation of the project budget and ensures that the activities within this project are implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
•Develops and updates reports regarding the project’s status, performance progress against the timeframe and budget.
•Plans project activities including timelines, deliverables, priorities and project risk assessment.
•Responsible for the health and safety of team and lab and adherence to compliance in work space.
Experience:
•5-6 years of related experience
Education:
•Master degree in Chemistry, or equivalent
