Software Test Engineer Canada

Responsabilities:

• From high level requierement, the candidate will be responsible for the design of unit design and unit implementation
• By respecting independence condition, the candidate will be responsble for design and code review
• The candidate will be responsible for unit test design, execution and review
• The candidate will be responsible for integration of complex and critical SW component into the main application SW

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or Software Engineering.
• Minimum four year's experience in a similar position working with RTOS, Hypervisor, Device drivers, Communication protocols and buses
• Experience in critical safety industries working with safety standards (ISO 26262, EN50128, DO-178, IEC 61508)
• Embedded SW development in C language
• Experience with leading RTOS such as Neutrino QoS, DeOS or Integrity.
• Experience developing and testing low-level device drivers
• Knowledge of communication protocols UDS, CAN, ARINC, Ethernet, PCIe.
• Interest in troubleshooting complex software problems.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, team-player.
• Curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity and ability to find solutions and compromises.
• Proficient in English or French (speaking and writing)
