Complaints Investigation Specialist M/F

You will complaint Investigation including manufacturing record review, sample analysis and conclusion ,be familiar with the various products and the main defect categories for these products.
You have to Follow-up with production in relation to complaints deemed to be related to manufacturing process ,be aware of the various targets/timelines as set out in the complaint procedures, and be proactive in identifying issues that may require escalation. 
You ahve ability to write up investigation report based on sample analysis, manufacturing record review, complaint log review and trend analysis
You will Review report on Trackwise and cross data/information versus reported information, prior to submitting for QA review closure.

Excellent in both verbal and written English, Ideally experience in a Quality/regulated environment.
An experience in Trackwise, Ebatch, Trend analysis reports, would be an advantage
