## Description

HR House International is recruiting for one of its clients, a multinational company operating in the oil and gas sector in Libya 

**A Purchaser   (M/F) **

Missions: 

 \- Define with the company the internal needs 

 \- Choose the products required for the company's needs and negotiate with suppliers

 \- Prospect the market 

 \- Negotiate delivery times and prices 

 \- Ensure that there is a good quality/price ratio 

 \- Negotiate contracts and ensure follow-up 

 \- Monitor the market technology 

 \- Propose and implement a purchasing strategy 

 \- Ensure the management and optimization of flows and stocks of raw materials 

 \- Ensure that all orders are received and validated 

 \- Propose more improved purchasing information systems

Profile:

\- You have a higher degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent 

\- You have between 3 and 5 years experience.
