HR House International is recruiting for one of its clients, a multinational company operating in the oil and gas sector in Libya
A Purchaser (M/F)
Missions:
- Define with the company the internal needs
- Choose the products required for the company's needs and negotiate with suppliers
- Prospect the market
- Negotiate delivery times and prices
- Ensure that there is a good quality/price ratio
- Negotiate contracts and ensure follow-up
- Monitor the market technology
- Propose and implement a purchasing strategy
- Ensure the management and optimization of flows and stocks of raw materials
- Ensure that all orders are received and validated
- Propose more improved purchasing information systems
Profile:
- You have a higher degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
- You have between 3 and 5 years experience.
