## Description

* Train, supervise, participate in the recruiting process to include evaluate IT staff

  * Resource Scheduling and backup support for IT staff.
  * Oversee and direct the implementation of operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
  * Oversee and maintain disaster recovery or business technology succession plan.
  * Oversee and manage short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  * Manage the IT staff that upgrades and maintains company computer systems, databases, mainframe systems, data communications networks and software programs.
  * Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
  * Provide consultative support to planning initiatives through analysis, reports, and recommendations.
  * Advise with planning and policy-making committees.
