You will be involved in the following activities:
ü Creation and administration of customers
ü Contract processing and administration within the ERP
ü Complete processing of the project sheet for customer orders within the ERP system
ü Opening and management of customer access through the administration tool
ü Invoicing and issuance of customer credit notes
ü Monitoring of services project financial results
ü Follow-up and monitoring of services project achievements
ü Respond to financial and contractual requests
ü Review of sales contracts, and identification of administrative and financial clauses
ü Collaboration and intermediary with teams in English internationally (Sales, Accounting, PM, Support, etc)
ü Monitoring, analysis, and document management: managing the filing and archiving process
