To extend our team in Tunisia, we are looking for a **senior  SCRUM Master.**

****Responsibilities****

  * Ensure the conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Agile methods (with a focus on Scrum).
  * Define goals and objectives that help the execution of tasks for multiple teams while respecting the deadlines.
  * Encourage the integration of Agile concepts, techniques, and procedures.
  * Taking the initiative to propose new ideas that improve the whole SCRUM process in the team.
  * Participate in making decisions and autonomously managing any area of Agile adoption.
  * At a team and management level, collaborating with team members and communicating information within the organization.
  * Evaluate the whole performance management of the team.
  * To achieve project completion, you will assess activities and tasks.
  * Demonstrate important values and principles to the team and manage conflicts.
  * Documentation of useful information and practices applied within the team.

**Requirements**

  * Degree in Computer science or equivalent.
  * Certified Scrum Master and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
  * Good experience with Agile methodology ( specifically the SCRUM).
  * Experience in creating training materials and sharing knowledge at different levels.
  * Proficient English level.
  * Knowledge in Odoo and business processes is desirable.
  * Experience with the scripting language Python is a plus.
  * Having experience in technology and development is a plus.
