To extend our team in Tunisia, we are looking for a senior SCRUM Master.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Agile methods (with a focus on Scrum).
• Define goals and objectives that help the execution of tasks for multiple teams while respecting the deadlines.
• Encourage the integration of Agile concepts, techniques, and procedures.
• Taking the initiative to propose new ideas that improve the whole SCRUM process in the team.
• Participate in making decisions and autonomously managing any area of Agile adoption.
• At a team and management level, collaborating with team members and communicating information within the organization.
• Evaluate the whole performance management of the team.
• To achieve project completion, you will assess activities and tasks.
• Demonstrate important values and principles to the team and manage conflicts.
• Documentation of useful information and practices applied within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer science or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Good experience with Agile methodology ( specifically the SCRUM).
• Experience in creating training materials and sharing knowledge at different levels.
• Proficient English level.
• Knowledge in Odoo and business processes is desirable.
• Experience with the scripting language Python is a plus.
• Having experience in technology and development is a plus.
