Tunisia Oil Tools (TOT) is looking for Technical Sales Engineer 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities and customer's needs;
  • Evaluate potential new opportunities and turn them into increased business.
  • Works closely with customers to promote company technologies, products and services that meet their needs and determine how we can leverage our offerings to new business opportunities.
  • Plan and assist to customer's meetings and do technical presentation
  • Initiate purchases of tender documents and establish project evaluation sheets;
  • Enrich the lists of suppliers and subcontractors to be consulted by domain and by type of material;
  • Establish the technical-commercial analysis of the received offers;
  • Prepare, send and ensure the follow-up of offers relating to tenders, consultations, requests for quotations for supplies and services;
  • Ensure the commercial negotiations of all dossiers;
  • Ensure the control of technical and commercial documents required in customer and supplier contracts.
  • Design, analyze and optimize artificial lift systems including but not limited to gas lift, ESP, rod lift, jet pump etc.
  • Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Ensure the follow-up of contracts from signature to the delivery of equipment to the end user; 
  • Prepare budget/deadline monitoring tables;
  • Prepare meeting minutes, conf calls...;
  • Ensure the onsite equipment receipt by the end user as well as the return of the receipt report.
  • Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services
  • Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree within Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Technical Sales Engineer in oil and gas field.
  • Have a solid oil fields experiences in services company.
  • Specialized in Artificial lift design, analyze, optimization, selection and monitoring (SRD, ESP, JP, PCP, Gas Lift and BP) for oil fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD
  • Read architectural, mechanical and electrical blueprints and have a solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical control systems
  • Have established project management skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Customer Service or Sales Support experience
  • Fully functional in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English & French, written and oral, is mandatory.
  • Proven Project Management skills
