**We are  hiring Project Manager :**

  * Contribute to achieving the objectives of the department and site.  
  * Contribute to the contained improvement of processes, costs and results of the department and site.  
  * Comply with the company's internal regulations  
  * Cooperate regularly with other departments  
  * Compliance with assigned actions and deadlines  
  * Respect of escallation rules
  * Content training, coaching, evaluation and motivation of service / team staff  
  * Define the project team with coordination of the Heads of departments  
  * Pilote the weekly Project meetings  
  * Follow the a action related to the project based on PDCA procedure  
  * ensure the definetion of the Flowchart of new Project in Collaboration with Product & Process   
  * Ensure the relationship with the Central (HQ) in order to treat all issues related to Project   
  * Participate in FMEA Meetings
  * Participate in lessons learned meeting related to Project                                               
  * Respect the actions and deadlines assigned to the team / service"  
  * Ensure compliance with administrative procedures: absence, Holiday, etc.  
  * Control and ensure strict compliance with safety instructions and quality standards  
  * Ensure regular reporting to your hierarchy about the activities of project team based of 4M procedure  
  * Ensure the daily update of the 4M status of the project  
  * Follow the different milestones related the project   
  * Ensure the production of prototypes and samples in Collaboration with Product & Process
