We are hiring Project Manager :

• Contribute to achieving the objectives of the department and site.  
• Contribute to the contained improvement of processes, costs and results of the department and site.  
• Comply with the company's internal regulations  
• Cooperate regularly with other departments  
• Compliance with assigned actions and deadlines  
• Respect of escallation rules
• Content training, coaching, evaluation and motivation of service / team staff  
• Define the project team with coordination of the Heads of departments  
• Pilote the weekly Project meetings  
• Follow the a action related to the project based on PDCA procedure  
• ensure the definetion of the Flowchart of new Project in Collaboration with Product & Process   
• Ensure the relationship with the Central (HQ) in order to treat all issues related to Project   
• Participate in FMEA Meetings
• Participate in lessons learned meeting related to Project                                               
• Respect the actions and deadlines assigned to the team / service"  
• Ensure compliance with administrative procedures: absence, Holiday, etc.  
• Control and ensure strict compliance with safety instructions and quality standards  
• Ensure regular reporting to your hierarchy about the activities of project team based of 4M procedure  
• Ensure the daily update of the 4M status of the project  
• Follow the different milestones related the project   
• Ensure the production of prototypes and samples in Collaboration with Product & Process
