We are hiring  Process  Engineer  :

• Contribute to achieving the objectives of the department and site.  
• Contribute to the contained improvement of processes, costs and results of the department and site.  
• Comply with the company's internal regulations  
• React immediately to resolve problems reported by engineering Managers.  
• Manage the actions related to Process Cutting,Twisting,welding, Assembly…  
• Cooperate regularly with other departments  
• Compliance with assigned actions and deadlines  
• Respect of escallation rules
• Solving current technological problems with the support of representatives of selected departments, including FMEA update
• Creating and updating a layout and a flow chart for production processes and machines  
• Is responsible for the release of new Equipment/Tools based on CMK analysis and the preparation of parameter sheet  
• Regular communication with Project Managers and Product Team  
• Regular communication with all internal department ( Production , Quality , engineering ...)  
• Improve Instructions and procedures related to process  
• Respect the actions and deadlines assigned to the team / service  
• Participate in lessons learned meeting related to process  
• Develop, implement and respect the procedures as well as Customer standards  
• Is Responsible of Work Plan, identification Creation's  
• Samples Production Follow-up
• Optimize workstation ergonomics/Chain Balancing  
• Responsible for the implementation of technical change : follow up from the reception until the implementation  
• Check the impact of technical changes on the capacity study in terms of equipment and personnel/Work Plan…   
• Cooperate with the Timing Engineer to optimize Production Time and Output  
• Collaborate in the elaboration and definition of corrective and preventive measures following internal and external claims
• Study the particular cases claimed by the production  
• Respect the actions and deadlines assigned to the team / service"  
• Make available to collegues the necessary, reliable and timely informations  
• Ensure compliance with administrative procedures: absence, Holiday, etc                                                                             
• Control and ensure strict compliance with safety instructions and quality standards
•  Training employees on implemented / changed processes, machines and devices
