Our company is looking for a : IT support technician
You will be responsible of:
- User services in site: installing, updating and maintaining workstations
- Maintaining existing infrastructure: Cisco network, Firewalling, and IP phone
- Maintaining virtual servers
- Assure incident resolution before deadline and assure user satisfaction
- Participate in IT projects in site
Skills needed:
- BAC +3 education Level
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of: Cisco network, Firewalling, systems and VSHPERE
- SAP knowledge is a real plus
- Good English level
