Back Office Team leader

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services corporation operating in the IT and BPO areas. We advise and help our clients wishing to set an extension of their own European teams with teams in Tunisia.

One of our clients is a technology start-up providing a data acquisition, analytics and reporting solution for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi structured documents, transforming it in data and delivering it to the different private market participants.

We are looking to hire for this client a team of back-office agents (1 team leader and 3 agents).

As a Team Leader your Mission will be:

-  Setting up and managing a team of back-office agents

-  Understand the product, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members

-  Oversee day-to-day operation

-  Ensuring the quality of the deliverables and the respect of the deadlines

-  Collaborating with the customer service team and the compliance team in the Netherlands.

Your qualifications:

-  Master's degree in management, finance, or marketing with more than 3 years of experience

-  Significant prior experience in leading a back-office team

-  Rigor and high set of quality standards are your assets

-  Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English
