PMO Analyst

Binit Nearshore Services is helping European companies setting up nearshore centers in Tunisia. In that context we are advising Blauwtrust Groep starting its own subsidiary in the coming weeks.

Blauwtrust Groep provides high-quality financial services and products to the Dutch mortgage market. The company focuses on consumers as well as brokers and investors. Blauwtrust Groep consists of multiple operating companies – with more than eight hundred employees in total – that operate the entire value chain together, from management and administration for financial institutions, to in-house advisory offices for consumers.

In January 2022, Blackfin Capital Partners became the majority shareholder of Blauwtrust Groep. Blackfin is a leading European PE investor specializing in financial services. With Blackfin’s support, the newly appointed Blauwtrust management team is looking to build Blauwtrust Groep into a pan-European product and service provider in the mortgage market. That means the company focuses on organic growth, strategic transformations, and M&A.

Setting up a nearshore location in Tunisia, is one of Blauwtrust’s strategic initiatives to further increase its competitiveness.

Blauwtrust Groep sets up group-wide strategy, goals and parameters in order to give guidelines to the subsidiary companies and to serve them with the appropriate support in, amongst other things, HR, finance and IT Infrastructure support.

In this context, we are looking to hire a PMO-analyst who will be based in Tunis and will support the company in the Netherlands (Rotterdam-area).

The new PMO-analyst will become part of Blauwtrust Groep’s new Business Transformation Team. This team, which will report to the COO (Chief Operating Officer), will provide the transformational power the company needs to reach its strategic goals. They’ll be responsible for implementing the strategy and leading key transformation projects that stem from it. The team will help execute the company’s strategic, commercial, and operational improvement-projects. The PMO-analyst will support the Transformation Team based in the Netherlands

The topics that the Transformation Team will work on are wide-ranging. For example, they’ll focus on improving operational processes, approaches, and systems that make work faster, cheaper, and/or better, with specific themes like near-shoring and operational synergies across BUs. The team make a significant contribution to projects that strategically strengthen the business, increase revenues, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.

The role of the PMO-analyst will:

-   track progress on these important initiatives,

-  prepare reporting,

-  discuss issues with the Netherlands-based team and (if needed) collect additional information

-  support the Transformation Team based in the Netherlands

Who are we looking for?

•  Analytical & structured person, with Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Business or Technical Studies

•  2-3 years professional working experience in accounting, controlling, or consulting

•  Experience as a member in large-scale projects in business environment

•  Good writing & speaking in English

•  Good skills in Microsoft Excel
