## Description

###### Chadwell International is a commodity trading company based in Dubai, with offices in Paris, Tunisia and Abidjan, is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our expanding team in Tunis, Tunisia.  

**Tasks**

  * Prepare various financial statements and dashboards.

  * Prepare the bank reconciliation at the end of the week.

  * Ensure the daily reconciliation of bank accounts in different currency.

  * Prepare the suppliers payments and various other commitments using electronic bank transfer applications.

  * Contact the new suppliers in order to check their banks details.

  * Prepare the documents used to draw on the credit facilities.

  * Prepare invoices to be downloaded for the accounting process on a monthly basis.

  * Ensure the maintenance of proper accounting documentation.

  * Liaise with the operations team to get all useful information required.

  * Assist in answering the inquiries of the accountants.

**Candidate Profil**

  * Degree in accounting from a leading university.

  * 1-2 years of experience in accounting.

  * Advanced Excel skills and excellent command of other Microsoft Office tools.

  * Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  * Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

  * Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.

  * Excellent levels of English and French required.
