Nous conseillons nos clients Européens sur leur stratégie dans nos domaines d’expertise en intervenant pour leur compte en Europe sur place ou à distance. Quand ils le souhaitent, nous les accompagnons dans l’installation d’équipes de proximité (Nearshore) en Tunisie.

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers on their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations. Our expertise extends to the operational business processes, of the BPO.
We also help our clients set up their nearshore teams in Tunisia, as an extension to their European teams whether they create a local company when a critical size is possible or incubate those teams within BinitNS.
In this context, we are hiring a Recruiter that will help our Senior Advisor to recruit the Dev, QA, Infra, and Application, management teams.
If you have 2, or 3 years of experience as an HR recruiter in an English-speaking environment, we will be glad to see you joining us to help build this ambitious project within a common German-Tunisian team.
