Due to an exciting phase of growth we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our busy Engineering team. 

Purpose of Role:

The Junior HRBP is responsible for the coordination and implementation of HR development aspects

As a member of the HRBP team, he/she works within the HR rules, policies and missions of the company and will be responsible for specific projects assigned to him/her

Key responsibilities:

·  Participate in the elaboration of HR development projects and follow their good execution.

·  Work in collaboration with the HRBP team on the employer brand and HR marketing.

·  Participate in the updating and creation of job descriptions in collaboration with the managers concerned.

·  Participation in the Performance Management process.

·  Participate in the recruitment process and integration of new recruits.

·  Establish a relationship with universities, training centres and employment offices

·  Organization of internal and external training sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·  Master degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

·  A first experience in a similar position is desired

·  Support oriented

·  Good communication and presentation skills

·  Teamwork oriented

·  Good level in English and French
