Responsibilities

-Supports Human Resources Processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.

-Substantiates applicants‘ skills by administering and scoring tests.

-Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.

-Assist in sourcing candidates and updating the database.

-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc).

-Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

-Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

-Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.

-Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc).

-Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting.

Exigences de l'emploi

Requirements

-Excellent organizational skills

-Strong communications / Reporting skills

-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)

-Familiarity with database systems and common HR applications

-Degree in Human Resources or related field.
