Description de l'annonce

We are an international commerce company specialized in Destocking. We are based in Sousse since 12 years ago.

We source, prospect and buy all types of products ( toys – shoes – textile – household linen- furniture etc) . We work mainly on the asian market and others under development to resell the overstocks purchased to our client which is based in France and that has more than 320 clearence stores with a launching frequency of 2 stores per month.

Other than our unit which is based in Sousse, Tunisia , we have 2 more units ; in Asia and America with a possibility of extension in the future .

We are looking to hire :

  Call Quality Analyst

Main job description:

You will be Attached to the commercial department, you are required to:

· Evaluate a commercial team who are responsible for detecting stocks and diagnosing the quality of calls made.

· Listen to the calls and act instantly for corrections and skills development.

· Ensure compliance with the call structure, steps and communication techniques.

· Handle supplier objections.

· Analyze the individual and collective results of all our commercial team in order to identify with the Sales Manager the actions to be taken.

· Follow the results

· Make daily / weekly and monthly reports of progress which will be communicated to management.

· Have the ability to react quickly by prioritizing actions according to their urgency / importance.

Profile Requirements:

· Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

· Perfect command of the English language.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Demonstrate organization, responsiveness, commercial directness, dynamismenergy and flexibility.
