The ideal candidate will have a range of responsibilities including installation, configuration, maintenance( preventive and curative) and repair of field equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Installing new hardware and software equipment related to Car access business unit, configuration and commissioning throughout the MENA region
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers onsite and remote
• Tracking and reporting for all interventions
• Train customer's staff on the equipment and software to operate their solution
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electronic, telecommunications or electric
• Computer literate, Autocad (2D), networking and SQL server knowledge is a strongly appreciated.
• Good English level written and spoken (Mandatory) in addition to French and Arabic
• Good logical an problem solving skills
• No experience required (SIVP contract if eligible)
