## Description

The ideal candidate will have a range of responsibilities including installation, configuration, maintenance( preventive and curative) and repair of field equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  * Installing new hardware and software equipment related to Car access business unit, configuration and commissioning throughout the MENA region
  * Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers onsite and remote
  * Tracking and reporting for all interventions
  * Train customer's staff on the equipment and software to operate their solution
  * Practice and adhere to all safety and training

Qualifications

  * Degree in computer science, electronic, telecommunications or electric
  * Computer literate, Autocad (2D), networking and SQL server knowledge is a strongly appreciated.
  * Good English level written and spoken (Mandatory) in addition to French and Arabic
  * Good logical an problem solving skills
  * No experience required (SIVP contract if eligible)
