Job Purpose/Role Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Document test cases
• Record test progress and results
• Code automated tests
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution
• Maintain the help desk, offer technical support to customers and work closely with the development team to meet customer expectations
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
